Your Own Bank Drive-Thru In 2020

I was on my way to have the tires on my car rotated when I passed a bank offering low rate car loans.

It got me thinking.

Right now you can get a car loan for 2.95% and the bank borrows from the FDIC for ½%. Nice spread.

Commercial rates are around 4% depending on what part of the country you are residing in. So for the sake of making the math easy (mainly for my benefit) let’s go with 5%.

That may not sound like a HUGE RETURN to you depending on what your experiences have been lately. The one thing that you want to always keep in mind though is while the lenders are loaning money out at say 5% they
are paying their depositors, in many cases, less than 3% and making their profits on the spread.

Not bad.

Now, what if I told you you could do the same thing but only BETTER?
Not only that, you could be making MORE of a spread than the banks are making!

And..

Making this spread at even lower risk than many of the assets that the banks have on THEIR books!

I know what you are thinking this can not be true.

And…

Like the banks every month you would have nice returns coming to you.
