I want to talk to you today about owner financing. A lot of people have poor misconception of owner financing. I they think that someone who has owner financing is in bad shape financially. And that’s not true there’s a lot of reasons for owner financing, one of the may be someone has a house still want to set the want to get outta town.

A lot of banks won’t give self-employed people on mortgage why because their income may fluctuate quite a bit because they are self-employed.
