Hello my name is going to claim from notes to create casual what I’d like to do is give you some reference material and a big believer be will be educated especially when it comes to notes and so I like to recommend that you go to a website called bigger pockets. it’s your BiggerPocket.com, they have both a paid portion and a free portion you need to go on there and spend some time and look at the site gather information but keep in mind there are people that are expressing their own personal opinions about real estate and notes.
You have to make up your own mind and your find valuable information but I always tell my clients if you’re going to invest in real estate or notes make sure you consult with an attorney in a CPA that has experience in particular area of notes because I don’t want you going into something that you don’t fully understand it.
